The standard seven timetable (Ratiba ya Darasa la Saba 2025) is the timetable that provides an exam timeline for all pupils who are sitting for their last examination.
This timetable contains days, times, and subjects which are examined. Also, you will find all of the important instructions for the candidates.
Overview Standard Seven (PSLE) Timetable 2025
The Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE) 2025 will be held on Wednesday, 10th September, and Thursday, 11th September 2025, as scheduled by the Baraza la Mitihani la Tanzania NECTA.
Students will sit for six subjects across the two days:
- Day 1: Kiswahili, Mathematics, and Social Studies with Vocational Skills.
- Day 2: English, Science & Technology, and Civic & Moral Education.
Each exam will have allocated breaks, ensuring students have adequate time to rest and prepare between sessions. Special provisions are available for candidates with disabilities, including additional time and customized examination papers.
Candidates are reminded to adhere strictly to the examination rules to maintain fairness and integrity.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
- Ensure you have the 2025 Examination Timetable prepared by the Tanzania Examinations Council.
- Verify that the subject name on the exam envelope matches the subject scheduled for that time according to the Examination Timetable.
- Before opening the envelope, have the candidate read the subject name on the envelope aloud to confirm it corresponds with the scheduled subject.
- If any discrepancies arise between the instructions on the Examination Paper and the Examination Timetable, follow the instructions on the Examination Paper.
- Candidates with special needs (visually impaired, low vision, deaf) should be given an ADDITIONAL 20 MINUTES PER HOUR for Mathematics and an ADDITIONAL 10 MINUTES PER HOUR for other subjects.
- Candidates with LOW VISION should be provided with enlarged exam papers, prepared by the Tanzania Examinations Council for their use.
- Candidates should be instructed to:
(a) Enter the exam room half an hour before the exam time, and those who are more than half an hour late after the exam has started will not be allowed in.
(b) Follow all instructions given by the exam supervisors.
(c) Accurately write their examination number.
(d) Avoid any form of communication, verbal or otherwise, among themselves. If a candidate has an issue, they should raise their hand to request assistance from the exam supervisor.
(e) Not engage in any cheating activities during the exam, as those caught will have their results canceled.
